The property in Wilnecote, Tamworth, had been on the market with another agent for 12 weeks. At the end of the 12 week tie in period, the vendor told us he "wanted to try something different". He had noticed that we had sold another property in his street within a day of being on the market, and gave us a call.

When I knoew which property it was, I immediately knew of some clients looking for that type of house in that area, so I gave them a call, they viewed and offered the asking price straight away.
What more could the client ask for, a quick sale, at the price they wanted whilst saving 60% of the fee charged by the other agent.
